The notion of ‘parent’ has a much broader definition in today’s world.

Tesco recognised this and wanted to celebrate the sheer variety of people we call ‘mum’. Which means they may or may not be the person brought you into this world – they’re the person who raised you, nurtured you and gave you love and support throughout your life.

We thought it only fitting to rebrand this day. Which is why we say, ‘Happy Other’s Day’ instead.
